Tricia joined RNIB in 2015 as a Partnerships Manager, collaborating closely with the NHS on post-diagnosis support. As Senior Project Manager, she led the award-nominated Grimaldi Building refurbishment project, achieving a neurodiversity in the built environment rating. Now Chief of Staff to the RNIB CEO, Tricia shares insights from the Grimaldi Project with the charity sector and beyond. Passionate about health inequality, she has extensive experience in the charity and disability sectors.
