Tom trained as a structural engineer but fell into the world of sustainability and stuck with it. Passivhaus is important to him, as are low impact materials. He loves LETI, and helped out with the Climate Emergency Design Guide and co-authored their Operational Modelling Guidance (OMG). Alongside building projects he’s worked on a few Net Zero strategies for Councils across the UK.
