Ryan works at Panasonic Heating and Cooling UK as the Specification and Sales Engineer responsible for London and surrounding counties. He has been in the HVACR industry for the past 6.5 years, studying Level 2 and 3 RACHP (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps) and HNC Building Services at London Southbank University. For the first five years of his career, he served as an on-site engineer, completing a five-year apprenticeship with a small contractor, AC Solutions Group Ltd.

He enjoys the technical side of designing HVACR systems across a variety of projects, ranging from domestic installations to central systems for 150 apartments, as well as public decarbonisation scheme projects and electrifying sites.

Ryan is currently the Chairman of BESA’s NextGen Network and has recently supported the WorldskillsUK RACHP competition as well as the BESA Annual Conference as a panel member.
