Luke Osborne is the Deputy Technical Director at Electrical Safety First, joining the charity in October 2023. 
Previously, Luke worked as the Energy and Emerging Technologies Solutions Advisor at ECA, covering low-carbon technologies and emerging energy trends, as well as advising on energy policy issues.
