Jess Glynn is an associate mechanical engineer, EDI enthusiast and the chair of the Women in Building Services Engineering panel. 
As an associate at Atelier Ten, Jess has managed a range of projects big and small, in the UK and abroad. Jess also has the role of chair of the company's EDI committee and has written advice documents and implemented EDI strategies in the company.
Jess has recently got stuck into the chair role for WiBSE and is excited to have the EDI conversations with CIBSE.
