Chloe worked as a mechanical building services engineer for both WSP and Cundall. Leading the office’s graduate training scheme and giving guest lectures, inspiring her move into academia where she is involved with a broad range of design and teaching focusing on making engineering more diverse, inclusive and equitable. She leads the UK’s first “EDI in Engineering” module, receiving accolades at national engineering awards. Chloe sits on the CIBSE EDI committee in the role of EDI specialist.
