Hi I'm Andy, I am technical director at OFTEC and Chair for the CIBSE Domestic Building Services Panel. I have been involved with building services most of my career initially trained as a heating engineer progressing to a building surveyor specialising in building services. 
I have a passion for renewables and developing skills akin to new and emerging technology.
